Attention, energy, and no effing cigs
30 day challenge time
I was watching something the other day. Or maybe I was listening. Tbh, I’m not sure and I can’t remember.
This is the best way to consume content. Completely oblivious. Ask any online infloooencer and they’ll agree…
Anyway, what’s important is that something caught my earlobe. A 30 day challenge. I’ve done them before but it has been goddamn ages.
So I put the the little gears in my mind into motion and dreamed up a 30 challenge for myself…
…while I was lying on the floor with my legs elevated against the wall. Apparently it’s good for all sorts of reasons but I can’t remember why or where I learnt it.
My challenge is simple and falls into two main buckets: work and health.
Work is central for me right now. Building my writing and marketing consulting business… and only for people who hate boring marketing as much as me.
But health is always non-negotiable. So I had to chuck in something for it too.
Soooooo…
For work: two articles written on substack everyday, plus one note. They can be any length. I just have to have fun writing them.
For health: I can only eat meat, seafood, eggs, milk, plain natural yoghurt, potatoes, fruit and veg.
And no effing cigs.
